Sat- flag day/ youthF/ Grandma's birthday


Lotsa travelling that day!
Woke up pretty early and head to far east to collect the flag day donation bag
I jst want to clear my half hour!
and then took mrt to Jurong east, where we were located to.
met yuanqing, Wanlin and the guys and we started on our own.
I thought that standing there & waiting for donation wouldnt be 'effective'..
considering the people are Sinaporeans.. so decided to take the 'initiative'
and approach people, well can say its much better!
There're people who ignores, people who i've make 'eye contact' with- return my smile, people who are willing to donate.
I also met people who told me to work hard, people who told me to do more community work
which i really appreciate.

say im old fashion or smth, 'sheng zai fu zhong bu zhi fu', one really dont know how lucky he is! and tend to take things for granted. until something's terrible happen to the person, then he will start to appreciate things as they are.
instead worrying about nonsensical stuffs all their life, why not care more for people who are more unfortunate?
how many are there? How many people who appreciate everything they've got?

met lady who was really nice, her son was 'slow' if you know what i mean, she even insisted on buying us drinks and ask if i have had lunch. then most parents with children become my targets xD i saw Jasmine and '!', Jinxiang and wenyi :D
1pm went back fareast to return the donation bag and rushed home

Only have 15mins to prepare to go out.
had combined YF about 'Be an example'
Left halfway during group discussion and head to dinner with family
to the restaurant we go every year for grandma's birthday.
Tiring dayyy! :D

Tmr heading to Little India with ms vanessa, mrs jacob and mr tjj with New dehli peeps to learn more :D
hope those going chennai (today) will have fun there! im sure they will.. with friendly people xD
